R.L.: Will it fit fiat panda 1.1? To replace a caliper guide sleeve due to torn rubber, how do you remove the existing rubber dirt seal with metal collar from the caliper? The rubber tears apart leaving the metal collar jammed. The caliper is attached to the brake hose and cannot be removed away from the car.

The guide pin in this car is screwed into the caliper bracket and goes into the caliper itself. The rubber bushing needs to be pryed off with something like a thin flathead screwdriver or a small knife. If the rubber seals become stiff or fall apart, just remove them as best you can and make room for new ones, replaceable ones from the kit.
We highly recommend you use a professional car workshop or consult with the mechanic regarding the peculiarities of installation of the car parts in your particular model of vehicle.
