Cuando realizo un pedido espero recibir todo en perfecto estado incluso las cajas que contienen los elementos, me quedaré con el filtro porque no parece estar dañado pero me preocupa el trato que reciben los materiales para futuras compras, en el departamento de embalaje debiera haber más control.
