Pros

Word Press allowed us to create and maintain a site for our small business with not a lot of effort.

Cons

We don't as many, if any, issues with Word Press. Any issues are normally cleared up when reaching out to customer support.

I have used Wordpress to design websites and I find it altogether flexible to use even for a beginner with less experience. Their customer service is great and responsive for addressing issues.
