Google Drive Software Review 2026: Features, Integrations, Pros & Cons

It is easy to use and the folders help organize all of my documents across all of the Google workspaces. I like being able to attach documents to my emails quickly and being able to collaborate with other people and share resources. Also really like being able to search for documents quickly. I also like being able to attach external apps to my drive for other purposes such as pdf editing.

There isn’t enough storage outside of organizational use. That is kind of annoying especially since storage is divided throughout the Google workspace. I also don’t always like the ownership portion of documents because if you forget to make a copy, you tend to lose access without even knowing.

Google Drive is my best for one stop shop for word processing, spreadsheet, presentation slides, file management and a lot more.

I have used Google drive for a while now and I have almost nothing to dislike about it. The only issue is sharing a file with a recipient without a google account. It is hard to access a shared file on Google Drive without a google account.

One of the best cloud storage services for organizing and collaborating on files from anywhere. I like how easy it is to sync and auto-backup my files acrossdesktop, smartphone, and tablet with the Google Drive app. The price is very affordable as well.

I wish there is more efficient way to clear storage in bulk instead of deleting a few items manually, especially for emails.

It is very useful to share files between your devices and with other people. The mobile app is fully compatible with any device. The security is very good.

I love Google drive because it holds so.uvh data that you would certainly not want to lose, in any cloud.

It can be very complicated to navigate and to organize the items that you have stored on your Google drive.

- I like as it stores data securely - I like as it has note taking and text editing feature - It has a great value for money - It is so efficient in document management - It is very easy to use - It is excellent in collaboration

- I don’t like the fact that it has limit on uploading large files. -I don’t like as it has storage limit of 15gb on free version - Their customer service team needs improvement because they are not helpful, they are somehow difficult to get in touch with.

Google Drive makes it easy to store my files and access them anytime, anywhere and I love being able to pick up where I left off on any device.

Ample storage, great collaboration features and works on essentially any device. Use Drive for all of my storage needs.

Only this I wish worked better is the desktop integration. Works well enough but something like OneDrive feels a bit more seamless as a folder vs a mapped drive.

Google drive is great for sharing large files/images with teammates. The platform is very reliable so our team knows we'll always be able to access the files on the road.

I wish there was an easier way to delete large files/images. I'd like to be able to bulk delete them without having to look at them.
