GoTo Meeting Software Review 2026: Features, Integrations, Pros & Cons

It provides a ton of options for creating meeting rooms. Even if the price seems high at first, its value comes when you need to connect many users. The video quality is high despite the wifi.

I find it more tricky compared to Zoom or Slack, for example. It would be better to add an AI to help us find different hidden options.

The easy click to use on the date you set it, you just click the link and you're in without any other hassle.

There's nothing I dislike even slightly about it so there are no cons I could list or name about it.

it just works for meetings. i send a link, people click it, and they are in the meeting. the audio is always clear. very reliable. i never have problems with it. its simple, just for meetings, no extra confusing stuff.

its expensive for just a meeting tool. other tools give i chat and more for free. the interface looks a bit old. and sometimes people have to download a small app to join which is annoying for them.

Go To can sometimes be difficult for external users to manage, log in to join calls, or save information discussed in meetings such as powerpoints or PDF documents.

GoTo Meeting is easy to use and the user support has been very reliable. I have not found any aspect about GoTo Meeting that has not fit my needs. There are no cons.

I primarily use GoTo Meeting relations and vendors who prefer it to Zoom or Teams. I like that it’s lightweight, stable and doesn’t throw new users too many clicks.

Screen sharing is slow on slower connections when displaying graphics such as CAD files or blue-prints.

We have never discovered a feature in GoTo Meeting that does not work properly. GoTo Meeting has given us a flawless experience and there is nothing we hate about it.

It allows us to record the entire committee meetings and when we are transcribing it makes it easier for missed ideas

If the internet drops we lose our meeting recording. This is where I wish it was available off line as well in case if these instances.

Even with ten of us, the HD audio helps grandma's stories to be absolutely clear. On calls, I may add fun by sharing pictures via screen-sharing.

The setup's challenging for non-techy family since it requires app downloads. Kids find it too serious without the entertaining elements like filters.
