You may receive your order in multiple packages due to some items being made to order and some ready to ship (tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment as they ship out). Once your item(s) have been received, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact me so I assist you better.

Made to order items (clothing, accessories, home goods & skate decks) are considered custom and cannot be exchanged or returned. Items can be replaced if they are damaged.
