Markham (Mark) Goldstein is the President and CEO of Entertainment Partners. Goldstein joined EP in 2002. In 2004, he led the transition of EP from a privately held company to a 100% employee-owned organization.
Kendra Rawls
Chief Revenue Officer
Kendra Rawls joined the executive team in 2020. In her role as Chief Revenue Officer, Rawls drives all aspects of the sales cycle, including global sales strategy, demand generatio, go-to-market strategy, client success, and strategic partnerships.
Darren Seidel
Chief Financial and Operating Officer
Darren Seidel joined the executive team in 2015 as Chief Financial Officers. In 2016 he took on the dual role as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
Kirsten Richesson
Chief Legal Officer
Kirsten Richesson joined Entertainment Partners’ Executive Team in 2024. With deep experience at the intersection of technology and financial services, she led the legal, compliance and privacy teams at Blackhawk Network – a global payments and incentive network – including its transition from a public to a private company after being purchased by private equity firm Silverlake Partners.

Liana Dubois joined Entertainment Partners as Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand in 2025. She is a seasoned commercial and creative executive with more than 25 years of experience in media and entertainment, known for leading and driving transformational growth, optimizing revenue streams and building high-performing teams.

Davida Lara
Executive Vice President, Payroll
Davida Lara is the Executive Vice President of Payroll. With over 20 years of experience, Lara is recognized as a national thought leader and excels in taking action in payroll process implementation. She is a frequent speaker at many key global forums including ADP, KPMG, and PWC and has recently appeared at the C3 Convention, Human Resources Association Forum, the Association of Film Commissioners International Conference and the Hollywood IT Society Summit. She is also a member of Women In Film.
Anthony De La Rosa
Executive Vice President, Residuals
Anthony De La Rosa joined the executive team in 2017. In his role as Executive Vice President, Residuals De La Rosa is responsible for leading a team of experts le in collective bargaining agreement, preparation and execution of residuals payments, and technological programming.
Jennifer Bender
Executive Vice President, Central Casting
Jennifer Bender joined the executive team in 2015. In her role as Executive Vice President, Bender continues to expand the Central Casting brand nationally and internationally. She is currently leading a casting technology modernization project, which when completed will significantly impact the casting experience for both background actors and production.

Ray Carpenter serves as Chief Financial Officer of DIRECTV, a media distribution company that delivers entertainment and advertising services to US based households and commercial locations. DIRECTV generates approximately $20B in annual revenue through the service of ~11M customers supported by ~8K dedicated employees. Ray oversees all financial functions for DIRECTV, in addition to leading DIRECTV’s Strategy, Corporate Development, and Sourcing functions.
