TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL
All artwork rights belong to me.
Artwork cannot be reused, resold or reproduced without my expressed permission.
As Commissioner/Owner of the artwork you are of course allowed to show the finished artwork I did for you, but always credit me, please!
You are NOT allowed to alter/retouch or make any changes to said artwork! If you want any changes on the artwork, contact me and we can work something out.
You are not allowed to use it in any commercial way!
I retain the right to display and post my own artwork, including commissions!
Commissioned work will be marked as such!
I retain the right to refuse any artwork request for any reason.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior.
I´m not doing any NSFW artwork!
You will receive a High-res JPG (300dpi) in the end.
The size varies depending on the type of commission. I will let you know my preferred size and have you approve it before I begin.
If you need the image in a special size, let me know before I begin!
PAYMENT
All prices are in EURO.
You can easily convert these prices to any currency using an online converter.
If you're living in Europe, bank transfer (SEPA) is very much preferred.
For everyone else I accept international payment via PayPal.
I will send you an invoice with the agreed amount.
Money sent before you receive an official invoice will be considered a donation to me!
THE WORKFLOW
Step1:
You tell me what you have in mind, send me Refs or anything I might need. The more details I get the better.
Please provide an e-mail where I can contact you with your first request.
I will give you a rough timeframe when you can expect a first sketch.
If you absolutely need it at a certain time, please let me know so I can tell you if this is possible for me or not!
Step2:
With most commissions you will get a rough sketch for pose and composition and after that a rough colored sketch.
At this stage small changes will be made for free up to 3 times depending on the complexity of the change. I will always let you know if the changes are considered small and are therefore included or if (and how much) I charge extra if they are too complex.
Step3:
After you approve the sketch you pay 50% of the agreed price and I begin coloring.
Please note: This is NOT refundable!
If you want any changes after I finish coloring your piece I will charge extra depending on the time needed to do the changes.
Step4:
I send you a low-res file of your finished commission and if you approve I will send you an invoice with the other 50% of your price.
After I received the payment I send you a highres JPG (300dpi, RGB) of your commission.
I don´t provide open files with layers!
PLEASE NOTE:
Sketches and work in progress images are for the client and for private use only.
You are not allowed to post them on any public platforms, social media, gallery sites, internet forums, chatrooms, etc. without my explicit permission!

Acrylic Mini PaintingI´m offering acrylic mini paintings
These are 9 x 6cm and are only available for existing characters!
If you want me to paint a character that does not belong to you, please make sure get the owners permission for this!
Step1:
You send me images of the character and I will make a pencil sketch of the pose.
Step2:
If you approve the sketch I will transfer the outlines to the canvas and send you an invoice over 50% of the agreed price.
Step 3:
I paint and send you a foto of the finished piece with the invoice for the other 50% plus shipping to you.
As soon as the money arrives I send the canvas to you.

Windstone PYOI´m offering Windstone PYO Commissions
The workflow is a bit diffrenet than my other commissions:
Step1:
We decide on the design:
You tell me what you have in mind and I let you know how much I will charge for the paintjob.
If you are ok with the price I send you a mock-up image.
I will also try and give you an estimate how long it will take me to paint it.
Step2:
Once you are satisfied with the design you order the PYO from the Windstone Store and have it shipped to me.
Should you later decide you don´t want it before we are finished, I will keep the PYO but you don´t have to pay for the paintjob!
Step3:
As soon as the PYO arrives I start working on it and will send you some update pictures in between so you can see my progress.
Step4:
Once you are satisfied you pay for the paintjob and shipping to you with paypal.
I send the PYO after the payment arrives.

These are approximately 2,5cm tall.

Simple designs start at 40 EUR.
Complex wishes like wings, hair, etc cost more.
Shipping: 20 EUR worldwide
I´m shipping from Germany and it takes easily 2month to arrive in the US. For other countries it might be quicker. |
