TOSBy purchasing a commission, you confirm to have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.
GENERAL:
- I reserve the right to decline to do a commission without explaining of reasons.
- I don't draw fully robotic characters or vehicles, extreme fetishes like scat, vomiting, vore and more (ask if unsure), underage characters in sexual scenes, human characters (there are some exceptions so you may ask).
- Artistic freedom with poses and general composition is well welcomed but feel free to tell me your ideas for a general theme, mood, pose or colour palette. I don't mind such suggestions but I REALLY don't feel comfortable if you exactly know how every inch of your commission should look like. Please be aware of that, such drawings are usually my worst ones.
- Works are usually around 3000x3000px.
RIGHTS TO USE:
- Your commission is for personal use only: you can repost it online anywhere you want, with given credits. You can also print it or use it for personal items. You can make changes in the commission but please tell me before you do it!
- The commissioner may not, in any situation, reproduce art to sell commercially without previous agreement.
- I have the right to post your commission on all of my social media.
- I retain rights to use commissioned art for personal use and in reproduction (prints, artbooks, etc). That means you agree to have me selling art with your character in a limited amount of copies (unless agreed otherwise*).
PAYMENT INFO:
- Invoices via PayPal.
- Payment is upfront. For commissions above €200, I can make a payment plan.
- I consider commission accepted after the payment is done.
WIPS, FINISHING TIME AND REFUNDS:
- My regular finishing time is about from one to two months but it can be longer in some cases. My full list is always visible on my profile so don't worry, you won't be forgotten.
- I can work with a deadline but you should inform me about it at least three weeks earlier.
- I send one WIP with a sketch for detailed drawings, if you want more please tell me. If you order a sketch you won't get any WIP unless you ask me for it.
- If you don't like the pose I sketched for your commission, I'll draw a new one without extra fees but I reserve the right to use the rejected sketch. If you don't give any guides for the pose and decline the next one I sketched for you then another try will cost you €20.
- You can't ask for big changes after the sketch is accepted. Unless it's my mistake in your character design. Small changes like color of eyes or other small details are fine even after finishing.
- If I'm no longer able to finish your commission I'll make a refund and the amount of the refund will be based on the progress in the order.
