As you can see above there will be 15 winners. I will reply to your comment with a number.

On May 20th, 2013, I will use a random number generator to determine the winners according to prize tier.

I will start with SMALL prize, the icons. If your number is drawn for this prize, it will not be eligible for the others. I will set your number aside/ignore it if it pops up again. I will have 10 icon winners. Your icons will be flat colored, and will be animated according to how those examples look. You may pick ONE of three designs. I will not create a custom for you, I'm sorry.

I will then go to the MEDIUM prize and generate the numbers. You will win what is listed there. There will only be 3 winners.

And then the LARGE prize, etc etc. Every winner prize tier gets an icon.

If you win, you are allowed to 'gift' your prize(s) to someone else. I will still need their character's reference sheet though and all the info from them.

Please note that I am also posting these things on my Weasyl account. If the numbers you receive jump around weirdly on here, just know that someone commented before you did on Weasyl. I will be basing it upon TIME the comment is made.
