By commisioning me, you agree that you have read and understood my Terms of Service below. Failure to do so will result in being put on my blacklist.
Notes:
*I mainly do Premade Icons and Preposes. Please credit myself AND the original artist in the description.
*I will try to schedule join.me streams for you to watch to be sure I am working on your commission as you like, and decrease the chance for mistakes.
*My times are Monday and Tuesday, generally after 4, but may be earlier. I may have to clean, or get off work from Best Buy early. I -MIGHT- work on commission on days off from Best Buy before I head to work at McDonald's, but this is unlikely.
*I work two jobs, one being full time and another currently feeling like full time as we are short. Please allow at least 1 month for me to finish unless something comes up (which I -WILL- communicate to you via journal -AND- note should something happen)
*Refunds will be given as long as the image has not been started and it has been a reasonable amount of time (1-2 months), although I would like to correct issues first, I have no problems refunding.
*I take payment FIRST before starting, to insure I will get paid, and you will get your art.
*I will send two versions of your image (3 if icon), 1 watermarked for uploads, and one without a watermark. DO NOT upload the unwatermarked. Too many issues have been arising and I wish to protect both of us from theft. (Icon size will not have a watermark)
*I am reachable by notes or email at LydiaReneeSchachair@gmail. If it is urgent, I would prefer if you email me so I can respond faster as I will receive a notification on my phone.
My Rights:
*I may upload the image to my galleries here (LydiKitti), DeviantArt (LydiaRenee), Facebook (Lydia Renee), or Weasyl (AikikoAsuka), but chances are I will only upload it here. I may keep it private if requested. I do not keep a portfolio for school or anything, so rest assured I will not sell your image to another company.
*I may use your image (altered) for advertisement unless requested.
*I may put a watermark on the image for protection. Do not fret, it's only small wording.
*I have a right to be treated with respect. If for any reason you are rude or pushy, I will scrap the commission and refund you)
Your Rights:
*You may upload the watermarked to any of your galleries on here, DeviantArt, Weasyl, SoFurry, InkBunny, Facebook, etc.
*You may email or note me with any questions at any time, I will try my best to answer as soon as possible.
*You may cancel your commission if I have not started it yet and we have discussed the circumstances.
*You have a right to be treated with respect. If you ever feel you are not, please let me know.
*You may alter an image if I myself am not able to (adding in a little stick face thing for example) if discussed.
DOS:
*Credit myself and any other artists
*Upload the watermarked version if desired
*Spread the word
*Enjoy it!
*Ask where I get the bases if desired. I have no problems telling you.
*Be patient
DON'TS:
*Upload the unwatermarked image
*Use a character that is not owned by you unless given permission (I will note the owner)
*Claim the ART as your own (but feel free to claim the character if they are yours)
*Trace the image
*Demand I give you the lines or sai file. Not happening.
*Harass me or act rudely in any way
