So far everything has been good to me. The summer quarter is good—I just have a chemistry class that’s teaching me the basics. I went to a furmeet at a bowling alley a few weeks ago. It was better this time around. Trying to meet new people still isn’t my best skill, but I do try. Oh right, and my father is getting remarried, haha.
It’s a strange thought to have a step-mother, but at least she actually tries to bond with me, so that’s good. I love and cherish my biological mother very much. I would never want her forgotten or replaced. Though, I don’t know what to do with a step-mother…such as do I call her “mom” or something? It’s just…odd.
Anyway, I move to Utah in a couple months. It’s crazy how fast time goes!
Once I started looking into community colleges there—I really want an associate’s degree before going to a four-year university—I could not believe that Salt City’s local community college actually offered an AS in biotechnology! Colleges here just offered degrees in biology only.
This is perfect because UVU accepts students with AS in biotechnology and allows them to continue into the BA program for biotechnology. I’m excited now!
In the future, I might also get into a medical school.
Meanwhile, I started an account on Tumblr and LiveJournal. I added the info under my contact information section on my profile. Anyone can check them out if they want!

My dad has had lots of girlfriends who could have been my step-mom. It's weird seeing them as a possible future mother figure. The marriage aspect when it comes to your dad is what counts: if he is happy and their relationship doesn't cause any issues, that's great!
Had no idea that you were going to Salt Lake City College. That's going to be very good on your wallet to attend. Also had no idea you were interested in medical school!
You had no idea because this was very recent information Rocoro! Haha! I'm not even sure if I'll go to med school though, it just depends on how things will pan out. I'm uncertain what field I need most so I just focus on biotech because it specializes in biological research—which is what I want to do.
I'm certain I will, haha. Thank you! I hope you figure out your education stuff too!Ignore this ill-placed comment which I cannot delete. :/
