Signal Boost for a Talented Artist
General | Posted 7 years agoWow, has it really been 2 years since I last did a journal?
I recently was down in Georgia for FWA, and commissioned a very nice artist. She did a very nice job, and was very pleasant.
I learned that she has just started out taking commissions full time. She's up for experimentation and working on nearly anything. But right now, she needs commissions badly. She needs a $200 infusion for credit card payments. If you can help her out, please do so.

[Poll Question] Looking to Buy a Belly
General | Posted 10 years agoQuite a title, isn't it?
If you've known me for a while, you may know that my character, Connie, is a perma-preggy wolf whom I almost exclusively use as my fursona. For those of you who really know me, you know that pregnancy is something... I can't exactly experience for real. However, for a couple years now, I've known about a website on which I can order something that might help me out -
http://www.special-trade.eu/store/b.....ancy-tummy.php
Now that it's been a while for me having a decent income flowing in, I've decided I'm going to pull the trigger, or click the mouse button in this case. Of course, the option I have for ordering this item is a pregnancy at 6 months (end of 2nd trimester) or 9 months (oh my gosh, I'm gonna pop). Connie, as a character, has always supposed to have been around the 6-month stage, but at the same time the curiosity of carrying a full-term has me stuck. That's why I want to hear others' thoughts in the comments. Should I start out small, err... moderate; or go straight to the back-breaking weight of a momma whose wondering if her water is about to break?

License to Heal
General | Posted 12 years agoBack in December I took the NAVLE, the North American Veterinary Licensing Exam. It has been an agonizing wait to learn the results, with a couple small anxiety attacks. The wait is now over, and I can hold my head high. I am officially licensed in the state of Michigan to practice veterinary medicine.
The next stage of my life can now commence as I strike out to follow my career, my calling. Now it's just a matter of finding someone to hire me. LOL

The Oath I Have Taken
General | Posted 12 years ago"Being admitted to the profession of veterinary medicine, I solemnly swear to use my scientific knowledge and skills for the benefit of society through the protection of animal health, the relief of animal suffering, the conservation of livestock resources, the promotion of public health and the advancement of medical knowledge.
I will practice my profession conscientiously, with dignity and in keeping with the principles of veterinary medical ethics.
I accept as a lifelong obligation the continual improvement of my professional knowledge and competence."
I still need to take the licensing exam, but I'm more or less at the point I can be called "Doctor."
To all who have supported me, thank you!

Academic Distress
General | Posted 14 years agoTo all my friends, I will probably be going off the radar moreso than usual. I have just had one of the most horrible weeks in my life thus far. I had two exams this week, and somehow managed to fail BOTH of them. This is certainly a low point in my academic career, and I need to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I can still recover from these setbacks, but I need to make sure that I do not repeat these mistakes. I know you all support me and are wishing me the best. Now I just need to make sure I don't let you all down.
Foxx's Transformation Artwork Update
General | Posted 15 years agoSince my sister, Woxie, takes care of the announcements over on Deviant Art, I should really get into the habit of spreading the news here on FA.
My sister, Foxx, has updated her website. Go to http://foxx.tf-media.net to enjoy the all-new, kinky TF fun. Be sure to send her an e-mail; she loves to get feedback from her fans. Don't be shy!
