Alexis Wolfbane's Special Meatloaf
General | Posted 12 years agoMy special meatloaf that my bf absolutely adores.
Depending on the size of your loaf pan, mine I use 2lbs of ground beef.
I mix in 2 eggs, a hand full of saltines, fave bbq sauce, salt and pepper to taste, diced fresh onion (two if its a small onion), Dice up some bacon. Mix throughly. I use garlic salt instead of plain salt and bbq dry seasoning. Line loaf pan with bbq sauce. Put in the meat. Add a layer of onions and bacon to the top, drizzle honey and brown sugar mix over the top. Bake for an hour on 400. Use good ground beef cause the cheap stuff created too much grease and you'd have to not add so much of the liquid like ingredients. Serve with munster cheese and enjoy :3

I've just finished sending shouts to the 750 or so watchers of the previous group.
Please don't ask what happened to the previous group, I just don't know. All I know is that the previous owner was suspended. From what I understand, the group account was registered to the same email address as the previous group's owner, so when he was suspended, the group account was also automatically suspended.
In time I will drag the pictures from that account and repost them here.
As usual, if you have any photos, recipes, or anything else meat-related that you'd like to share, please send them in! (Please send them as a PM, rather than as a shout, as there will be a large influx of shouts of watchers seeing the new group account. Thanks!)
