Terms of Service:
By agreeing to commission this artist there is an agreement to accept the terms of service, it is in the commissioners best interest to read this before commissioning as ignorance doesnt mean exemption.
No one has permission to claim they made any of the artwork provided by the artist. Credit MUST always be provided when uploading the artists work.
Payments are Paypal only. USD under Goods and Services.
Payment must be paid upfront in full before any work is started.

The artist has the right to decline a commission at any time, if payment has been made a refund will be issued.
New Accounts (less then 2 months old) or empty accounts are more likely to be declined.
The Artist is willing to do a maximum of 3 Different Sketches, if none of them are approved by the third sketch a refund of 50% will be provided (to account for work done on the 3 sketches) and the commission will be cancelled. After sketch has been approved only minor ammendments can be made.
The Artist has the right to showcase any artwork created, unless agreed to beforehand (privacy fees may apply). this primarily includes (but is not limited to) portfolio, galleries and advertisments for commissions.
Commissioners must be 18+ for both mature and sfw art.
When commissioning mature art that includes or is for another person written permission must be provided.
Unless written permission is given you must not copy or trace any artwork.
Alterations can be made by the commissioner alone, unless they get permission from the artist. if alterered please still credit the original artist.
Only the Commissioner or the owners of characters in said artwork has permission to upload the commissioned art.
All artwork is personal and non-commercial unless discussed beforehand.

Refunds
Refunds can be provided. if the Commission has not been started a full refund will be issued, if work has be started, a partial refund will be provided based on the amount of work done. Any refunded work can be resold under auction with character details removed if required.
W.I.P. Will be provided for all commission types at an intial sketch phase, any changes or fixes must be made here. Any Fixes after may incurr fees unless its a mistake of the artist eg. colours wrong, missed character detail ect.

Adopts
Any Adopts designed by the artist must be credited for the first upload, along with any art credit for bases if used.
If reselling an Adopt, you must not upsell unless additional art has be created for the characters
