I plan to completely rewrite my TOS for this year but for now, this will do. I moved the note about takedown fee and private commission fee into the communication and progress section and added more information on the top of my terms of service.

Just a reminder to read every single part of an artists TOS before you commission them! This can cause issues if you don't read all of it! If you act unprofessionally and be passive aggressive because you didn't know something was a part of a TOS and be nitpicky over some artist's TOS. It is on you. They have every right to deny business and blacklist you. You are welcome to find another artist if you don't agree with their TOS. They do not owe you anything if you treat the artist poorly.

Boi i went to a food market today with mom since i was working with her and help her with her job and.. we went and hated it because of how gross the food store and that everything felt dirty and germ-bomb and all the people in it were old middle-aged people bc the items were cheap in that store. also low-quality products too. :P and i had to sanitize everything i got from that store. and i got happy that i decided to shower cuz of it lmao. thank god we're not going to that store again.
