General | Posted 10 years agoHello everyone. I know it's been a while, and I apologize for that, but I've come to not only ask your forgiveness from taking some time off from FA, but to also ask for help. on the 18th of October 2014, I started working for Wal-Mart but as soon as July 15, 2015 hit the calendar, I had been released from my position as a cashier over night, to being a lonely person who's found it very difficult to support my horse. I no longer have a service dog due to an incident, and only gave her up to try and help her find a better home but that ended up turning into this massive bullying spree. =(
Today, I still struggle with having found no job, no matter how much I look for one and for how many applications I put in. If I'm not doing art, I'm doing an application to help support the one last thing that keeps me going. His name is Cowboy Casanova, and he is my 20 year old Quarter Horse companion. I couldn't ask for anyone better to spend my life with, animal wise, for he has always been there. If I'm upset, he takes me for a run. If I'm crying, he wipes away my tears with his nose and remains as close by as possible. If he wasn't 15.2 hands tall right now, I would have used him as my service animal because of our bond but alas, he's much to big and even so, I still love him.
Anyway, to get straight down to the point, this man's monthly feed bill is almost $200. It is only this high due to the quality feed, joint supplements, wormer and other medications he has to take in order to stay healthy.
If it would appease everyone, I can do discounts on art. I do my best to match your price ranges, and get you the art you requested asap. The more art I sell, the better care I can give my horse who deserves it so much more than I do. I have a roof over my head, for now, and food too. My horse who has kept me going for nearly 3 years now deserves the same damn thing and I want to be able to provide it for him.Sincerely,
Abigale Lynn Wolf
Care to Help?
General | Posted 11 years agoHoliday Matsuri is coming up real fast and wanting to share an Artist Table with another person requires me to stay the entire weekend which in turn results in having to somehow manage to get around $300 or more. Then there's the other problem I have. I still have no job so my art pays for everything, and this month I need $200 to pay for my horse's board. Without my horse, my entire existence would crumble. He is my baby and I don't want to sell him at all.
On my facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/HowlingWolfArts , I have a donation button set up that can also be used to send payments for commissions. The button is through PayPal and everything helps, no matter how small it is. I normally don't like asking for money, ask my parents, but at times I really need to just put my walls down and ask for help and that's what I'm doing here.
