Today we picked up our little girl Ripley from the breeder. She is an agouti, berkshire, veleteen, dumbo rat. Also she is MEGA cute. She is named after Sigourney Weaver's charecter in the "Alien" movies. We already adore everything she does, even if she has only eaten half a lab block, and atleast half her body weight in paper shreds :)

Well folks it's finally happend. I kicked, screamed, begged, cried, pleaded, did everything I could think of to talk my mom into letting me get a rat. Nothing worked for YEARS. Then thurs. at the psych's appointment I brought the subject up and that night I had my friends rats over for a trial to see if I was allergic. I found out yesterday that I can get a rat. I immediately went to a rat breeder online that lives near me and put a hold on a sweet little agouti rat.Here is the picture of her from the website. I can't wait til Sat.
