It makes me so bummed to think about the people I've made friends with on this site who have just sort of disappeared from the internet entirely over the years.

I leave love on their pages still when I think of them, some of them after 6 years of being gone. They weren't popular artists, they were new, and learning, and maybe they just felt they weren't succeeding, or maybe life took over, or something bad happened. I don't know.. Blah feels when I get thinking about it though.

If you're thinking of disappearing, don't! We love you, regardless of if you draw stick figures or masterpieces, or if you don't draw at all. If you really have to leave though, for whatever reason, let us know you'll be okay, it sucks not knowing. :(

In other news, if life is done handing me lemons for the week, I'm going to get all of my work done in the next few days haha.

Just wanted to thank everyone who gave me an idea what to expect, it did turn out to be a fracture, but at least it's not broken all the way through. He is in a splint for at least a week, with a cone if he starts to fuss over the splint, he's also on painkillers/anti-inflammatories, so hopefully he'll at least not be miserable while it heals.

The little man absolutely adores the vet, and they all fawn over him every time he's in, so at least to him today was a positive experience, I think my wallet might be in more pain than he is xD. http://sta.sh/02c4ti7lrass

Hey guys, just wondering if anybody has experience with broken dog toes?

My Brewster broke the outside toe on one of his front feet, I say broken and not sprained just because the whole toe is swollen and although he was putting pressure on it with a limp, he is now just carrying it around. I was playing fetch with him on the grass in the backyard, he didn't scream, or stop playing, or even really look hurt at first, he started walking sorta funny and I thought he might have stepped on a bee or maybe I had missed pulling up a thistle (I live in farm country, thistles are fucking abundant lol)

I'm taking him into the vet when it's open tomorrow, but I'm wondering what I should expect I guess, will they splint/cast for a non-weight bearing toe? Am I gunna end up going back in for followups weekly? Will they just give him some pain meds and let it heal on its own? Will he be stuck immobile for a good part of the summer? I'm so bummed, my little dude is SO active and he's gunna be miserable in all this nice weather.

This is also a bummer because money is mega tight right now, I'm officially not going to the cottage this coming weekend or probably for the next few weekends, just gunna stay home, keep the pups quiet, and work work work so I can afford this mess lol.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms of service!

Current Queue

- Typically I work on earliest commissions first, with the aim of completing all commissions within a two week window of accepting them. That said, I do occasionally jump around on my list to something smaller or another stage of something else to take a break, or while I'm waiting for responses. This doesn't mean you're on the back-burner, so don't worry!
- While I strive to have all commissions completed within two weeks of payment, and often even complete art within one week, this is not a strict deadline, and larger pieces may take some extra time to complete.

Payment and Refunds

-Payment is due up-front, and before any work is initiated.
-Payment via PayPal only, no mail, no e-cheque, no exception.
-Payment is due within 24 hours of commission being accepted unless prior arrangement has been discussed and agreed on.

- If I am for some reason unable to complete your commission for any personal reasons, a full refund will be issued.
- If I am required to cancel the commission as a request of the commissioner, or as a result of commissioner behaviour/conduct, I will issue a partial refund, based on how much work has been completed.
-Completed artwork is non-refundable.

Will/Won't

Will draw:
- Nudity, including genitals
- Suggestive/sexual material
- Most kinks
- Violence/gore
- Micro/Macro

Won't draw:
- Suggestive/sexual material involving minors
- Hateful material directed at any person/race/religion/gender/orientation
- Scat/Watersport
- Snuff
- Hyper

Anything not listed, feel free to ask!

Progress/Edits

-I am willing to offer up progress sketches/stages for approval on any commission of any size/type, though if you don't ask for them specifically when you commission me, I may not provide them, so if you are interested in this please ask!
- For reference sheets I will always ask for approval after the sketch phase, and colour phase are finished.
- Small edits are free at sketch phase, however complete re-draws may incur an extra cost, depending on if the mistake was my own, or a lack of appropriate information on the commissioner's part.

Rights

Commissioner Rights:
- You may post any commission done for you to your personal/public gallery as long as credit is provided.
- You may crop avatars and banners from any art you receive from me, however you may not make other edits to my completed artwork.
- You may ink/colour/shade any sketches you get from me, as long as YOU yourself do it, and no profit is involved, and so long as credit is given.
- You may not pay other artists to ink/colour/shade or otherwise alter my artwork without my permission.
- You may print/make stickers of any commission you receive from me, so long as it is for personal use and no profit is involved.

Artist Rights:
- I retain all copyright to my artwork, It is my right to post, distribute, and modify the artwork for self promotion.
- I am not under any obligation to post your commission to my gallery

Please contact me if you wish to purchase image copyright on your commission for commercial purposes.

Other Information

- I livestream commissions often, please inform me if you'd like your commission to be kept private, and for how long (if it's a gift)
- If you have a deadline, please let me know so that I can complete with plenty of time, a deadline shorter than two weeks may incur additional cost.
- I will work from descriptions and photo references, however an additional cost may apply for complex characters, feel free to ask about this!
- I do character designs, again, an extra cost may apply, inquire!
- You will receive the high resolution file .png file, as well as the sized down FA friendly .png Typically I do not offer .SAI or .PSD, but if discussed before-hand I may be comfortable doing so.

Just got done with a long weekend of easter, family, and birthday, and I'm pooped but happy to be back at the computer and arting.

Freebies:
So like I said in a previous journal, I'll be choosing people who comment on my stuff regularly for free art! So this time I've gone through all of my submissions and decided that  infernium and  angelblancoarts seem to have been the most frequent this round. If you guys want to comment on this journal with your refs, I'll surprise you with some random quality art sometime soon! It may be a coloured sketch, it may be a fully finished piece, or even something experimental <3
That said, this isn't always going to be a matter of who comments most frequently.
