(Meaning, if the winner watches him, snags the prize and then unwatches, they're getting blacklisted and forbidden from joining future raffles or taking commissions from him)

- A character can be submitted only once, and only enter with your own characters!

- He reserves the right to deny any character if I deem it necessary, keep that in mind if you decide not to disclose which character you'll be entering with in advance!

END TERM:
- Once all the entries have been submitted, he'll use random.org to choose a winner~
- The winner will have 48 hours to answer, if they do not, he will roll for a new winner.
- The drawing will be finished within two months.
