Almost all the kit is back from long term hire ^.^ (G)
So a long time ago when i was struggling, i hired out a lot of what i had to various venues to generate income, obviousley thanks to the Unique way that Acoustic Armageddon is funded (By its members and their spare time) the equipment has gradually filtered back to base . . .
This sunday we will hopefully get Big Blue emptied and re-loaded and also get the opportunity to see if we have the lost Scotiacon conbooks somewhere on board.
It does mean that with our full compliment of Cerwin Vega JL38 Earthquake bins back we are up to a glorious 12,000W RMS of horn loaded bass before we add the midhighs
I have 2 large theatrical line arrays "in the kitty" which i am weighing up whether to use or not, the mid-high cabs we currently use have been re-loaded with new compression drivers and sound very very clear, the trace on the spectrum analyser was not bad before, we will do it again sometime soon :)
We dont currently know when the first time the full devastating sound of all 12 bass bins will be at a furry event, it will deffo be at battle of the bands and a couple of outdoor events next year, we only plan to take 4 plus tops to FE for the rave room and 2 plus tops for the metal room.
