TOS for adopts and custom commissions (G)

So I thought I should put out my TOS for adopts and custom commissions for Blanket dragons
TOS for adopts:
-I will NOT do holds for adopts over £20.
-Any holds I do will ONLY be for 24 HOURS.
-If you do not send me payment for the adopt within 24 hours I have the right to sell the adopt to someone who is able to pay within the 24 hours.
-When you have bought the adopt you are free to make small design changed, but not so many it is no longer recognizable.
-If you wish to sell an adopt on you are allowed to but for no more than you bought the adopt for.
-If you want a small change to the adopt I can do that for you, any more complex changes (like colour fixes) I will charge a small amount for.
-If you use the original art for the adopt you MUST credit me (either blanketdragoncolony or buck-fire)
-You are not allowed to use my art of the adopt for any commercial purposes.
TOS for customs:
- When contacting me for a custom blanket dragon please provide me with a description of what you are looking for. I will work with a theme or colour palette.
- After I have gotten you description I will work on a sketch. I will then send the sketch to you, once you are happy with the sketch I will ask for payment. When I have gotten your payment I will finish off your custom.
- If I do not feel comfortable working with the theme you want I have every right to decline your commission.
- If you post the art I have drawn for your custom you MUST credit me.
- You cannot use my art of your custom for commercial purposes.
