Please know that there is no "method" to finding a composition style. No one can teach you to compose the "right way", and that's what makes it special. It's your idea and you can elaborate on it how you want to. Even Classical composers started composing in different ways. Bach didn't just start writing cantatas, suites, etc. It took time and (the wonderful activity) practice. You might compose something and think, "That sounded horrible!" Congrats! You now have an opportunity to learn what went wrong and to correct it! Composing is time consuming at first, as you have to find what works for you and get comfortable with something basic before you can try other things. Don't let that hold you back! Keep trying and trying! It's easy to get discouraged as you go on, but don't give up! Keep going and trying to get further! There is so much potential in your work, and it's only bound to get better!
