i probably shouldn't have dropped a 2x integer increase like that

the prices would still be higher than a year ago but i might lower them to:
- $20 for sketch
- $30 for flat
- $40 for shaded
- $50 if shiny materials are involved (this is a new tier specifically for shiny materials because i tend to spend the most effort on shiny materials like latex/vinyl)

i've already changed the pricing a few days ago so that there will be no difference in price for high-resolution artwork compared to low-resolution artwork, so even if these proposed price drops don't materialise, at least 512x448 art will still now not be more expensive than 256x224 art of the same tier.

- +$6 for simple bg
- +$18 for complex bg

the proposed prices are a ~14.29% increase from the initial prices, but are ~71.43% the value of the current prices
so it's a huge price drop percentage-wise

and 3 slots for commissions where a commission will take up one of these slots regardless of detail level

but i want to know what people think about this first
