Hello, you seem to have stumbled quite a far way downwards in this tower of FA to reach my account, either way, welcome!

Hello everyone, I just wanted to come in and say; 'Wow, this place is dusty.'
And, wow, this place is dusty. Joking aside I'm making this post on a more heart-wrenching note than a lighthearted one, even though I wish I could make the note lighthearted.
August 30th, I had found out from my parents that our family cat, Sarge, was born with a serious birth defect that is *now* starting to affect his life and that he was going to need some major surgery to correct it, when getting quotes from other places my heart sank..
Now that we recently got our true quote from the vet yesterday, September 15th, the quote brought us relief. The relief was that we didn't need to raise as much money as we did but the amount of money we would still have to raise up is large and nothing we can naturally afford.
I'm not expecting anyone to actually donate but I am hoping that this gets around and shared so it can reach people who might have funds to help save our family cat.
