Hi there! My name is Azgeharrix. I know that may be hard for many of you to pronounce, so feel free to call me Azgeh, or Azzie even. I'm a Ch'Rran, or as you mammals would call me, a dinosaur!I'm from a future where dinosaurs have returned to reclaim their legendary lost motherworld. See, we dinosaurs never became extinct, as many of us were taken from Earth and given sapience.
And now we're back to rule this planet, whether you mammals like it or not! Pronouns: She/her, They, themHere you can expect to see stuff pertaining to my world and the people in it!If you're bored, feel free to hang out with me. I won't bite anyone this time, I promise. <3All the characters you see here belong to me, but most of the art are commissions by other artists, or gifts given to me by friends or my mate. All characters are fully sapient unless indicated otherwise.User icon by PulvaresBanner by

Stagnation of Dinosaurs in Popular Media (G)
"Jurassic Park" was revolutionary in 1993 as it was the first movie to depict dinosaurs as fast moving, active creatures, unlike the slugging, dragging depictions that came prior such as "The Valley of Gwangi" (1969). However, this has proven to be a double-edged sword as Jurassic Park's depictions in 1993 have proven to be very popular and have persisted in the public's consciousness even today, despite the fact that our modern understanding of dinosaurs has greatly improved. Especially with "Jurassic World" (2015) not really updating dinosaurs to be more like our modern understanding, and making the dinosaurs even more drab in some cases.
"The Valley of Gwangie" came out 24 years prior to "Jurassic Park", just two years longer than the gap between "Jurassic Park" and "Jurassic World".
"Jurassic Park" is now 32 years old.
Let that sink in.
Fans have also reduced my enthusiasm for the movies by how they constantly scream whenever new discoveries reveal that a dinosaur species, in fact, deviated heavily in real life compared to how it was depicted in the movie. As if scientists should just ignore discoveries that improve our understanding.
