Terms of Service - Designs/adopts/characters/art made by me, NickedaMoll

1.It's not allowed to transform my design/adopt/character and art into NFT (Non-fungible Token);

2.If post this design/adopt/character/art on other platforms, please credit me NickedaMoll or Nickeda Moll ;

3. Don't resell the design/adopt/character above the paid amount, unless you have purchased character art (You can resell the character for the amount paid on the character + amount you paid for each art purchased for it, art you acquired as a gift, raffle, or other free form can't be added to the value because they were obtained for free);

4.If you acquired a design/adopt/character made by me of mine through a trade/raffle, you can't resell it, you can only trade it for character, art, etc. but not for physical money or virtual money (cryptocurrencies, deviantart points, amino coins, etc.);
*If you buy art for this design/adopt/character that you acquired through trade/raffle, you can only resell it for the amount that you spent on art for it (this rule is valid for characters that are donated/gifted to another person);

5.Never delete the design/adopt/character created by me from Toyhouse.
*If you sell/transfer to someone else who doesn't have a Toyhouse account, you can contact me and transfer the character to me and I'll put it in my sold/transferred characters folder to a person outside the Toyhouse platform along with the name of the current owner and what platform you sold/trade (you can even let the current owner know about this rule and if they has any questions they can talk to me too :3);
**The folder can only be seen by me, if necessary I print it to you see if the character is there and print the Ownership Log of this character in Toyhouse.

6.If the design/adopt/character made by me is CS (closed specie) please also check the species rules, many species don't allow resale of the design depending on how it was created/acquired.


>For the case of rule 5 * if the character is transferred/sold to someone outside the platform and the person wants to talk to me/clear questions about me I have instagram, discord, facebook, furaffinity, deviantart and twitter.
I'm more active on facebook and on the toyhouse, but whenever possible I check my social media from time to time so you can talk to me wherever it's most comfortable <3
