Terms of Service

Full payment is required upfront.
PAYMENT IS PAYPAL ONLY AND MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24-48 HOURS.
I will not work on your commission until payment has been sent.

It may take a few hours minimum to one month maximum to complete your commission. I am still in school and have a full schedule during the weekdays.

No refunds as soon as the linework is complete.
Partial refunds available if sketch is complete. Full refunds available if I have not yet gotten to your commission.

I reserve the right to refuse or drop your commission for any reason. A full refund will be issued if that is the case.

I reserve the right to post any and all commissions I do.

If something is not included in your reference sheet, I will take artistic liberty: I will NOT search for alternate references.

I will NOT be taking your commission if it requires a deadline; some things pop up in my schedule that are out of my control. I will not be able to meet deadlines if that happens.

You may post commissions made by myself with proper credit linking back to my Fa page or using my Fa name. I ask that all commissions not be altered in any way (recolors, adding blocky text/filters over the miage, etc.)

By commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms of service to the fullest extent. If there is a mishap on the commissioner's end (breaching my TOS, rude behavior, etc.) I have the right to issue a full refund and discontinue business.

Adopt Terms of Service

Full payment must be made upfront unless previously discussed and an agreement has been made.

Once the adopt is under your possession you may alter the design as you please (gender, name, coat pattern, etc.)

Limitations: You may not oversell an adopt no extra art included than what you paid for, upon doing so you revoke all rights to that adopt and will be issued the amount you paid for and the adopt will be back under my possession to resell under the orginal design if altered.

You may not make any edits or changes to my orginal artwork of the purchased adopt or your commission unless given permission.

You may not make bases or heavily referenced work for recreation or for profit off of any of my original artwork that has been purchased both adoptables and commissions. THIS IS NEVER A NEGOTIATION! In doing so you you forfeit the artwork and/or adoptable. You will be given a partial refund if it is a commission and the work in my possession to alter for resell and if an adopt again the original design for resell.
