Written below is the official terms of service pertaining to any commissioned work by SirenQueenPan. When commissioning SirenQueenPan you are agreeing to these terms and are understanding of them. You are also understanding to the fact they are subject to change or to be updated at any time SirenQueenPan sees fit to change or update them. Please do not dispute these terms under any circumstance.

How to contact SirenQueenPan for commission work.

My personal preference of contact as of now is through Discord DMing. Listed below is my discord information.

When adding me on Discord for a commission: I wish to only be added for business purposes. If I feel these boundaries are being overstepped for whatever reason I deem fit, you may be blocked.

Rules and Regulations

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason I see fit.

All commission turn around times are expected to be within the week of a commission being ordered to about 6 months, regardless of commission type. If I have not contacted you within this week to 6 month period what-so-ever, you may reach out to discuss our next steps.

All SirenQueenPan commissions have a No Refund policy in place.

My husband thehiddenmagpie should never be contacted for SirenQueenPan business inquiries. Asking my husband about anything regarding my business may result in being blacklisted.

If you request a kink outside of my expertise, understand that if I am uncomfortable with its subject matter I have a right to decline. Always ask if uncertain if you fall under this category.

I WILL NOT DRAW: NSFW Content/Fetish Work of minors/children fictional or otherwise, Incest, Pedophilia, Explicit Gore, Complex Machines/Backgrounds/Clothing, or Zoophilia/Beastiality.

Prices are non-disputable.

All payments are completed through Paypal's invoice system. If you are having trouble finding your invoice, contact me and I will help where I can to resolve the issue.

Edits to artwork while acceptable to request may come at the cost of a fee depending on if edits are excessively requested. Keep it in mind to only ask for a few changes per stage of commission at a time or try and condense any requests to one post per stage of completion.

You are NOT permitted to repost or share any of my works to your personal social medias unless given explicit permission from me directly.

I do not permit editing my artwork by anyone once a commission is complete. If you require edits, request them while the commission is still on going.

If caught passing one of my works to be edited or colored by another artist, you will face consequences depending on the circumstance. This could be anything from a temporary suspension to a report for art theft.

All commission work I complete will be publicly displayed and I reserve the right to use it to promote myself or for personal advertisement anywhere I deem fit.

If you must keep a commission forever private, there will be a $20 USD upcharge.

I do not consent in any of my work being tokenized, transformed, or submitted in any way shape or form to the NFT Market or Crypto Art Market, whether you have purchased my artwork personally or are just a viewer of my work. If any discoveries are made of my works being re-sold in the NFT/Crypto Market without my consent, legal action shall be pursued and you will be banned from any future commission works or projects.

I do not consent to any of my work being fed to AI Image Generation either.
