Ah, I've struggled to feel the excitement of my own Halloween festivities this year.

Autumn is my favorite season, I love feeling the weather change and cool off, and I love the colors associated with fall.
And Halloween?? I usually love decorating for the holiday, but I haven't found the urge to put up all my decorations this year for some reason.
I do have a costume in progress though! I try to never miss an opportunity to dress up or create a costume. I've also been watching plenty of scary movies this October, and I've loved it! Ive seen three different versions of Nosferatu!
And the thing is, I'm fortunate enough to not have any major issues going on at the moment, besides continuously looking for a new job, but even that is more of an annoyance than an anxiety.
So I don't know why I've lost the urge to decorate this year. I've had plenty of time to decorate, but I don't find myself getting much joy from it this time. Eh, it's been a busy month I suppose.
I will appreciate the other cozy feelings and things to look forward to in the next couple of weeks, and I'll just consider this Halloween a little hollow.
