I dont know why I'm doing this idk I feel like loosing it so bad lately, the voices keep getting louder and I constantly feel like I have no control im not taking any of my medicine because I hate how it makes me feel. I'm sorry I know this sounds fake and no one has to belive me I just I don't know I need to get things out. I hate how I feel and my mind is tearing me apart I'm so scared to get help because I can't go to a mental hospital I'm way too scared of those. But u domt even know who I am most the time and I hate being like those so much im sorry im sorry.
