second half of the little scenario that popped into my head.

Was tempted to put "fruitcake" at the end of the exchange with Darius saying it but honestly I don't think it makes a difference to them whether they're attracted to men or women so calling Garret that would have been... odd.

The plot thickens.

one thing i touched base on with the last one is that Richard Titan doesn't and never has, seen Doodle as anything but a thing that keeps Darius grounded, focused and most importantly NOT try undermine Titan's authority so he allows her to stay around. He does so begrudgingly however, and while the others refer to him as "Uncle Titan" he's never shown any endearment toward doodle. At least Silver has his moments but he rarely, if ever, calls her by her name.

I really hadn't thought of where to take the story when I began "needles 1" and its since blown into this little comic that is very fun to write. I realized that I really wanted to illustrate what happened to Darius and let my muse do the rest. the aftermath was just going to be a collection of doodles but it didn't seem all that satisfying and i had a story to tell.
