Bah, super quick doodle of a new character of some weird koi fox dragon species.

He is the oldest son of a emperor. They royal bloodline go a couple hundred generations back. They are famous through out the world.
Well, too bad the emperors eldest son didn't turn out the way he should have, as in, his markings, horns and the color of them are all wrong. The wife that gave birth to his eldest son was murdered because of her failure of delivering a worthy heir to him.
The son is unloved and hated by his father, and his his father could, he would have longed killed him. Too bad that isn't allowed in their family.

Anyway, because of this, the eldest son spends most of his days, as he still is of royal blood, torturing and being abusive to his villagers. He treats them like bugs and seeing them fight to death his is favorite pass time. He also forces male villagers to rape the female ones while he watches and amuses himself by it. A real asshole.
