ESSERE UN GAMER
Sapete una cosa? Sono un Gamer e da anni ormai questa frase viene usata come esempio di persona senza vita o futuro assassino maniaco che per qualche motivo viene influenzato da un gioco per fare una strage. Ma non è così, essere un Gamer è qualcosa di diverso, non voglio mettermi a dire cose poetiche o epiche, ma essere un Gamer è una scelta, come una scelta è stata quando sono stato:

Un umile idraulico che salva la sua principessa.
Un eroe che ha salvato il mondo dal male.
Un avventuriera alla ricerca di tesori.
Un samurai moderno giramondo alla ricerca della sfida finale.
Un riccio che deve fermare uno scienziato pazzo.
Un androide che nel futuro deve portare l'ordine.
Un guardiano di Gotham.

E così via..i giochi mi hanno dato tanto, mi hanno fatto conoscere mondi nuovi e culture a me lontane, mi hanno fatto ridere, mi hanno fatto pensare, mi hanno fatto commuovere, mi hanno incavolare.
Per questo sono un Gamer, no perché non ho una vita, ma perché ho scelto d'averne tante.

P.S : questi sono i personaggi che mi hanno più influenzato nella mia carriera di Gamer, mi hanno fatto conoscere modi nuovi di giocare o provare prime esperienze, senza di loro i videogiochi non hanno senso d'esistere.

TO BE A GAMER:

You know what? I'm a Gamer and for years now this name is too often used to point out a person without life and/ or a future killer maniac that for some reason used to be influenced by video games for make a killing.
But it's not like this, to be a gamer is something different: I don't want to say poetic or epic silliness, but I want to say to be a Gamer is a choice as a choice was when I was:

A humble plumber saving his princess;
A hero that saved the world from the evil;
An adventuress in search of hidden treasures;
A modern samurai traveler in search of his final challenge;
A hedgehog who must stop a mad scientist;
An android that in the future must restore order;
A dark guardian of Gotham

And so on.. the video games give me so much, make me meet new worlds and cultures distant to me, make me laugh, make me think, make me move, made me upset.
So for this I'm a Gamer, not because I've not a life.. but simply because I chose to have MANY lives!

# those are characters that influenced me more in my Gamer career, make me learn new ways to play or try new experiences, without them the video games for me have no reason to exsist.
