I was requested to critique this piece by the artist.
I do believe that the character is mostly anatomically correct, the head proportions are very nice, the height is great and the tail works along with the body nicely. However, the characters midsection, belly, kinda seems to disappear! The chest comes down and then the torso kinda melds in with the arm, and I personally believe that there should be a bit more belly, even though the character could potentially be very skinny the body should definitely be at least slightly more thick set. You did very well on the digi-legs. The subtle details are nice to, like the horns and stuff. Also, the lighting in the room DOES contract with the colors making a few of them harder to make out, but I do notice the subtle different colors that you have up on the ears. The way you maintain your strokes throughout the piece is very nice, all to often to I see people change the direction of their strokes which could ruin the work. Great job overall. So yeah, all I can really complain about is the belly. Great job bud! Hope you enjoyed this lil critique, if you want me to critique something else, just send me a note.
