This is my cover of KT Tunstall's "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree", a rockin' acoustic guitar number about falling in love with a horse, and the regret of letting your fears keep you from following your heart. (Well, that's my interpretation. You can read hers on Wikipedia if you like. ;)

I've altered one lyric to suit ("Hey little lady will you marry me" became "Hey big boy will you marry me"), otherwise it's pretty true to the original (which was also written by KT). I recorded it on my Mansfield acoustic with Potoroo's help, in his studio (aka "The 'Roodio") using "Garage Band". Vocals and guitar were recorded separately, but each is a single take - I wanted to record both together as a single live take, but it wasn't possible at the time.
