This African Wild Dog was a hell of a puzzle to put together ;) The body has about 50 hours in it start to finish. Everything is sewn in. Be looking for full suit pictures 24 hours from now! (the suit is complete but we are too tired to model it this morning)

As someone looking to make a bodysuit eventually, did you just start with a solid black suit and then cut out of it the pieces you needed to fill in with brown and white etc.? Because the suit I plan to make has leopard spots and I'm trying to decide the best way to go about doing this.
this one here was more like putting puzzle pieces together. with a snow leopard and spots, if yer crazy enough to sew them in, you do want to start out with a solid piece then sew each individual spot in. usually spots take me on average 15 minutes each to do but I could be slow since Im old ;)
