“I’m history! No, I’m mythology! Nah, I don’t care what I am; I’m free hee!”
Tribute to heaven's new angel, rest in peace Robin Williams. You'll continue to bring joy and laughter for years to come.
I know this can't possibly be enough to express all you've done for me and many others, so I'll just have to properly tell you one day.
Cheers, Captain, my Genie, my Peter Pan...and many more.

He was awesome actor and everybody will miss him. His friends and family as he made them smile, and his fans as he made movies where he played, just awesome. He made my childhood and he will in memory of those who liked him and his roles. So keep him in memory. He got his place in hearts of all peoples who liked his way of being an actor. I have nothing more to say.
*Raises * To Robin Williams. May the memories he has given us be cherished in our hearts forever, may our children and our children's children hear stories of the times he could make us laugh when nothing else could, and may he reside in heaven.

This is a really touching piece. It's nice that you chose Genie. Think that's his most well known character. A fitting tribute for such an amazing man.
The reality of it hasn't quite set in for me yet. Still can't believe he's gone.
He'll be sorely missed. All those great movies, I really watched a lot of them. Especially Flubber, Aladdin and Night at the Museum.
While he may no longer be around in person, he'll forever live on in our hearts and memories; and in his movies, for others to also experience the joy and happiness he brought.
Farewell Robin!

Rest in Peace Robin Williams, you made me cry, you made me nearly pass out laughing, you made me smack my forehead and ask myself "why!?" but ultimately, you got a reaction out of me, which is more than I can say for most actors. Knock em dead, wherever in the universe you end up in ^^
you know out of all the movie stars out there that died he's death was the only one that i was really sad that he died. I feel if he knew how many lives he impacted maybe he wouldn't have ended it the way he did. He was like a family member thought i never met him. Maybe he is at piece now and happier. Just never saw it coming and never thought it would be like this.
rest in piece Robin Williams

Knowing how many lives he impacted is what kept him from doing it so long
Depression is a terrible thing that will never go away, you learn to live with it, often you will wake up wanting to blow your brains out
It's what will pull you into taking drugs, alcohol and eventually drives you to suicide
It keeps eating at you
R.I.P. Robin, sorry we didn't hear the cry for help..

i know how that feels almost everyday but if it wasn't for my boyfriend and the thought of how sad my family would be (despite how they treat me sometimes) I gave up on the thought of it. It still rears it's ugly face at me but i can't do that to every one else. But yes i agree with you 100 percent.
It was... it is, very sad news... and a dark day. But Williams made his mark on the world. The loss of this amazing man is painful to everyone, but he went as a man that we will love and remember forever. Williams crafted a legacy, that which he left behind. Belief is not bound to life and death, and thus he will always be in our hearts and memories.
The first movie I ever owned with him in it was "Toys" so I'll forever remember him from that. From there it's many other movies that have deeply touched me. Hook, Patch Adams, and Dead Poets are second in my mind when I think of Robin Williams. May he RIP and now that his address is released his family not bothered. :O
I tried to find it... in the beginning of the movie there is an opening scene where Robin's character is attending his father's funeral and he placed his father's favorite toys into the coffin. One of which was a laughing toy which turned on while he was being buried that ultimately got everyone laughing and I think I remember him stating something along the lines of "That's how he wanted to be remembered. I jokester til the end."
I always remember him as a Genie, Mrs. Doubtfire and Peter Pan.
He had nice and calm voice, always saw him smiling in movies he made. and never saw pictures from him being nothing but all happy and smiling.
Sad to lost such a good talent as he were..
May he rest in peace and stay in everyone's mind with that smile on his face.

*Sigh*
I can't help but think this was because people don't take depression seriously
I may not believe in the whole god thing but it is moments like these I understand why people are...(not trying to start anything)
He didn't deserve to go out like that...dammit he deserved better

Well, I've got cold sorrow shivers and warm gooey feels at 6 AM, with the sun just rising behind me, and I haven't slept yet. I've felt a little lost ever since I heard the news of his passing. You brought that into a sharp-but-beautiful focus... Thank you.
We all say goodbye in our own ways. I sort of envy you this picture...it's a fine sort of farewell. <3

The news hadn't reached me where I was. You are actually the one that made me realize he's gone..
Very sad news indeed, he was my favorite actor by far. Dead Poets, Mrs Doubtfire, Peter Pan, and so many other..
Loved how he acted, loved how he was able to voice almost anything..
Thank you for this beautiful and touching homage.
He will be missed, he had left such a legacy behind..
