Mostly. The tigress and background were seperatley illustrated with inks and then colored with water color. , after I finished making both "parts" I assembled them digitally and added in some sfx to give the piece some more glow to it.
The reason I decided to try this method out was the result of limitation. The bristol paper i had was not big enough to achieve this sprawling mega city, so I made a work around. :3

This is so absolutely sick, and I'm loving it. With every other look new details emerge, the lights from the city and the foreground equipment seeming to change, pulsating. This readily caught my imagination. -Awesome-.
