Sorry, it's...well, it may be a very old joke. That is, ballet dancers (male or female) wear very tight costumes--e.g., so tight you can tell whether a man is circumcised or not, which (at least in the olden days) more-or-less meant "Jewish/Christian or not."

And honestly, people don't really use the tags very well. My favorites gallery has more than a few bulgy-underwear pics. Or maybe I'm just a prude (entirely possible) and think people running around with only underwear on should qualify as softcore porn. *shrug* I doubt anyone will get on your case about it, so it doesn't really matter. I just think obvious bulge is fairly clearly sexualized.
