Oh wow. This came out gorgeous.
The blurred background works perfectly at drawing focus to the character, and that mixture of still and blurred rain drops, adds such a fantastic feel of capturing a moment of time.

I love the reflection of the lights in his eyes, and the addition of the red illumination wonderfully enhances the overall impact of the scene.
