This is a poem i did to vent a bit x3 Work + Stress + Other things = Need to vent :)


Life is nothing more than a journey.
All you need are loyal friends to help you up after you fall
And the courage to stand up proud of who you are.
Others will call you names
Judging you for someone your not
Trying to either protect themselves from your different lifestyle or merely to harm you.
They act as though it will push you down
And sometimes it does yet we always get back up.
Everyone looks towards the horizon
Praying,hoping for a chance to accomplish their dreams.
Some do and some don't.
But just like life has its disappointments
It also has it's happy moments.
We meet new people and create new bonds
Ranging from becoming friends to becoming lovers.
There is our first kiss
Which causes the blood to rush as we gaze into the eyes of our lover
And hold them close whispering how much we love them.
Some bonds are broken
Only to be brought back, stronger than ever.
There is the holidays
Where we laugh and smile with friends and family
Enjoying the time we have together.
And most importantly, our friends and family
Who stand behind us to prevent us from falling into the pit of sorrow
Who bring a smile to our face
And support us when we need it.
