This is a much belated birthday gift for  Zee-Zee

It seems our little squirrel friend got some comic books for his birthday and has been swept away in the fantasy.

I had a heck of a time getting my new scanner to cooperate for this picture. First, the cable I got didn't fit with my computer, than the next cable I got wasn't right either. I returned a third time with two cables, one which fit the scanner, and one which fit the port on my computer. Victorious, I connected the scanner and scanned this pic...

It seems my new scanner doesn't care much for graphite drawings, so I had to ink it. I don't think it looks as good as the original (which is sad, given my artistic ability. The original wasn't that good to begin with).

Anyway, thanks Zee-Zee, for being my unwitting guinea pig with my new hardware. If I hadn't had this hanging over my head I probably wouldn't have made the effort to get the darn thing up and running. I'm lazy like that.
