Tried to snap some photos of the process while I was working. For future reference, pipe cleaners aren't the best material for this sort of thing... I have some pokey spots I need to fix. The rest is scrap fabric, seat cushion foam, glue gun, and sculpey. I needed a close fitting design to affix the wig to, and this worked pretty well. The eyes are sunglass lenses, thin plastic, blue paper, and black felt. The visibility is pretty good, though they're not *quite* close enough together to give me stereo vision looking straight forward. Ventilation is through the mouth and plastic mesh vents just behind and above the eyes. The jaw on this one is not designed to move.
