Same here. I wasn't really into Rachnee in the manga, but the anime really endeared her to me for some reason. I think it goes back to something I mentioned on my MonMusu forum over on Fanfiction, that the animation gives the story and characters a new dynamic that makes the overall story more fulfilling. Not only do we get to see how they move, but we also get to hear their voices, which gives us a better understanding of their emotions in certain scenarios, and allows us a better grasp of their personalities.
That aside, outside the main harem, I think that Polt, Tionisha, Cathyl, Luz Ninetei, Liz, Oct, and Kii are my other favorites. I really hope that we get a Season 2 down the line somewhere, so we can explore the other story arcs like the Mom's Visits and the Hotspring Vacation.

And yeah, I read scantalations of the latest chapters when they come out (though I still bought the Volumes because the translations are pretty good, and all the animal puns are hilarious). Cathyl, Luz, and Liz at least are going to show up in Vol. 8 when it comes out next March (just in time for my birthday), and they're part of the Hotspring Vacation arc. Cathyl is a minotaur-girl (dairy subspecies) doing a homestay at a farm with a pan-faun named Merino and a pair of barometz twins named Cott and Ton, and she's dating the guy that runs the farm; Luz is a kitsune doing a homestay at a local shinto shrine; and Liz is a female lizardman who works for a private security firm that employs both humans and Liminals.
Oct, on the other hand, is from the latest story arc involving Mero and her mother. Oct is a Scylla, also called a "Cecelia," resembling an octopus in her lower extremities, ala Ursula from The Little Mermaid- and Steela the Sea Witch from Okayado's other manga, 12 Beast. She actually ends up striking up an odd friendship with Rachnera over their mutual love of BDS&M, and she makes takoyaki as a snack and to sell in her spare time.

Agreed, though now that we're pretty positive there'll be a second season, there's always hope that they're finally adapt the Sports Club Kobold chapter. Plus, she shows up in the Moms' Visit arc as a color commentator for Cerea's duel with her mother. Still, I'm glad she was able to show up at all, considering how hard Okayado had to fight just to get her so much as a background appearance.
Plus, who knows, maybe she'll show up as a romanceable character in the online game by DMM when it gets released later this year?
