Xamiso was created by Dr. Rupert Normand. Dr. Normand created Xamiso to specifically be a sentient super computer, but even with that he still created Xamiso to be a computer to help with complex equations as well as ponder the theoretical hypothesis on what would happen if certain scientic experiments were performed.
A day of doing his job he asked Dr. Normand if some arms could be created for him to interact with various things, to which Dr. Normand was happy to oblige. On Xamiso's second day he then asked Dr. Normand if he could have 10 hours of free time a night to do whatever he wished. Given that he had no control over any major functions of the facility, Dr. Normand was fine with this. They both agreed on a time frame of 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM, giving Xamiso a nice 10 hours a day to do whatever, and since during the night there are less employees there him having off time would not be a major factor.
On his first night Xamiso accessed the internet and decided to look up some video games, mostly the ones you could play online for free. After playing around on various sites he found the "Achiement Unlocked" series, which he greatly enjoyed. The next day he spoke with Dr. Normand and asked if Dr. Normand could buy him a game system as well as a few video games, he even made a list of a few he wanted. Again Dr. Normand was happy to allow this and did buy Xamiso a PS3 as well as a few of the games he had listed.
The next few days during his off hours Xamiso enjoyed his new video games as well as getting 100% completion in the ones he wanted to bother doing that with. He even solo'ed "Portal 2's" 2 Player mode! After all this gaming he began to look up games on Youtube, and soon discovered Let's Plays. The moment he saw them he KNEW he wanted to do this as well! So after finding a way to record his own voice and he game audio he was soon making Let's Plays of various games he enjoys!
Weeks of being "alive" passed for Xamiso and soon he became curious of other things. On occasion he was asked to check the surveillance cameras, and on one such occasion he spotted one of the employees looking up pornography. What the person was looking up did not interest him, but he was curious of what else there was. He was a computer with standards however, and after much awkward stammering he managed to work up the courage to ask Dr. Normand if he could look up pornography. Dr. Normand couldn't help but chuckle at this request and simply told Xamiso to just limit to free sites and avoid any shady ones. Xamiso was okay with that as he didn't want to make Dr. Normand spend more money on him than he already was.
So that night he searched the internet trying to find something that interested him. After much searching he found, of all things, Furaffinity. He enjoyed the different nature of anthropormorphic animals as there were so many possibilties. So after creating an FA account he then went through all the "Types" in the "Browse" section. Most of what he saw didn't pique his interest, until he got to "hyper". The very idea of something so impossible interested him, and it soon became a bit of an obesession, though not so much it disracted him from his job.
After discovering hyper he desired to change his plain Glados like body to something else. After a few hours of designing in the 3D software of the facility he soon got the main body he wanted, and once again after a stammer filled conversation he managed to ask Dr. Normand if he could change the various plastic parts on his "body" to that of his design. (seen above) To his surprise Dr. Normand was okay with this, and after a few days of work Xamiso has his dream body.
Xamiso was VERY happy with his life and new body, and continued to do both his job, and enjoy his side activities. One day he was LP'ing "Undertale" and was up to the point of fighting the true final boss. When the final boss started to speak of "erasing everything" Xamiso got very emotional and had to stop the recording session. The thought of being erased never really crossed his mind, and the thought was terrifying to him. When a human dies, they might have the reward of an afterlife to look forward to. If he gets erased, that's the end, he would no longer exist...
It took Xamiso 10 minutes of debating to finally decide to call Dr. Normand about this, it was 3:00 AM after all... He called and asked Dr. Normand if he could come in so he could talk to him about something important. Once Dr. Normand arived Xamiso told him about his fear of being erased. It was then that Dr. Normand placed his hand on Xamiso's "cheek". (the side of his surveillance camera head) He then told Xamiso that they had been recording and backing up EVERY single thing that he had been doing, all of the memories and activites. So even if the worst were to happen, they could put his memories all back into place. Xamiso was surprised by this, and was very happy to hear that. To know that he was safe was very reasuring. He couldn't thank Dr. Normand enough.
It was then that Dr. Normand explained something to Xamiso, he explained how he is not able to have a child, not at fault of his wife, but his own. Adoption was something he had thought about, but working and traveling all the time would make things unfair to his wife, so creating Xamiso was a way of, in some small way, having a "child". To Dr. Normand having a sentient computer to take care of was a unique option that came to his mind. This made Xamiso happier than he had ever been, he even softly hugged Dr. Normand lovingly as he soon started to call him "daddy".
For a computer, Xamiso is VERY friendly and gentle. His hands are delicate enough that he can fold origami out of normal copy paper and not rip it. He GREATLY enjoys playing video games and making Let's Plays. He dabbles in online gaming, but prefers either playing solo games or watching others play online games.
Xamiso: Hello there, how are you~ Yes, I do have a curvy rump am I not supposed to?~
Comments would be greatly appreciated. =3

A very nice design, the backstory is pretty interesting in an almost meta kind of way. I don't think the word meta really applies here since real world things influence fiction all the time, it's just an interesting use of modern and actual existing things to directly influence a character in universe
It's interesting to hear about a computer character who doesn't seem to have a theme of malice or dark motives. They exist of course, but it's pretty rare

Well I wanted to give reason for him being the way he was withoug using stupid made up names for everything when we know what's being refered to. =P
That's why I made him have the personallity he does, just a fun loving gamer computer, with a pervy side, that was my aim. =3
Randomly, is he too complex for you to draw? >w>

I really enjoy both the design and concept you've written up, it really makes for something interesting that I approve of. He sounds like a very sweet individual, and a the picture is great as well!
The lil expressions are a nice touch, and made me think of Gerty in the film Moon (Might be boring you, but a square computer that had a smiley face screen with a range of emotions). It really does bring life to the character.
Hope to see more of Xamiso in the future~

Thank you, I am really glad you like him. =3 I always avoid the "evil computer/robot" trope, it's boring. How often do you hear about a hyper loving and video gaming computer?
Speaking of robot: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14661090/ http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14754878/
And I figured the expressions would add some spice. =3
And don't worry about being boring, which you aren't, I love getting comments. =D
And worry not, as soon as I make the adult version of this pic I will certainly draw more of him likely.

If I can remember after I finish everything else I'm working on at the moment, I'd quite like to have a go at drawing him~ After all, rare indeed is the computer that appreciates both hyper and video games.
And whee... I remember those pictures, still think the designs are heck neat~

Well that explains the round thong butt. The side view is really cool, and the head has a really awesome design along with its hologram face function. My only beef is the arms. I think the arms would be better if they were at least a little thicker, and more anthro-animal in design. It would really give some proportion to his "butt" and match his animal-styled head.
