I came up with a silly idea for an evil team called "Team Cuddle", and their grunts primarily used cute pokemon, including most baby mons, but also included a bunch of generally cute mons that were normal, electric, or fairy types (Eevee, Jolteon, and Sylveon included).
Helioptile was one, and would probably be quite a recurring species on the grunts' rosters....
