Personal Review...
Holy crap... This soup was absolutely amazing, and just left me with a cleansed feeling. I could smell the sweetness of the coconut and that bright scent of the lemon grass. The coconut flavor wasn't too overpowering, if anything it was smooth. The lemongrass however was BURSTING with flavor! I could slightly taste the galangal *similar to ginger* as well. The addition of baby corn, green onions, mushroom, and carrots really helped out too.
I devoured this soup as slowly as I could, savoring every single bite.
