Appearance: Tomoyo stands about 5' 2" in height. Owing to her roots in her family, she wears her dark purple hair in the traditional maiden style: small evenly cut bangs over her face and the rest left long and either pulled back in a loose ponytail or left loose to hang over her back, reaching to her waist. Her ice "horns" poke out of her hair just behind her bangs. She's got a very delicate, slender figure, with slender hips and medium-small breasts. For clothing, she's accustomed to wearing traditional things such as kimonos and does so whenever she can, but when there's not a choice she compromises by wearing a white robe/shirt that exposes part of her shoulders and is bound shut in the front by a large red sash, that is in turn tied in a bow behind her waist. The sleeves are very long, reaching down to her hands, the ends of them loose in traditional fashion and decorated with a blue-and-white blizzard pattern. From the waist down she wears a small kimono-style skirt that is white in color, reaches down to about her knees and is open in the front. beneth the skirt she wears a pair of loose, pale blue hakama-style pants that reach down her slender legs to her ankles, and traditional sandals on her feet.

Personality: Tomoyo's a fairly quiet girl who is rather timid and shy around most people. This shyness isn't really caused by her fearing people so much as it is just her unsureness of how to interact with them; she was born into an old family of priests in the north of Sinnoh, and was raised more or less in isolation and by the traditions of her family. When she was of age, her family sent her to PCA to give her a chance to see the outside world, and to use that knowledge to help her family and village when she returned. She's very soft-spoken when she does speak and tends to talk in a semi-formal, polite manner, saying things such as "It is an honor to meet you." instead of "Nice to meet you!"

When she first arrived at PCA, Tomoyo was lost as to how to talk to people and too shy to ask for help. After a few extremely awkward attempts, she happened upon a male Kirlia who was on his way to class. She felt a strange aura about him, a strange sense of familiarity that seemed similar to what she'd felt from her parents and relatives. She timidly approached and talked to him, and he introduced himself as Seto Arashi, and did his best to help her get situated and ponted to the necessary offices for registration. After seeing that she was alright, he asked her if she'd decided on what team she was planning to join, and when she answered that she hadn't he offered her a place on team Aegis. She readily accepted, and after some time had passed she found that she felt at home. She's become quite attached to her new friends, and when she's around them her shyness breaks down somewhat and reveals an almost insatiable curiosity about nearly everything.

In battle, Tomoyo's habit is to keep her distance while backing up her teammates with powerful ranged and area attacks. That said, if she feels there's no other choice, she'll lash out aggressively with direct attacks, proving that just because a Froslass may LOOK delicate doesn't mean that she has no bite, in more ways than one.....
