This is Tricia. She is a cockatrice. As such she has a mixture of chicken and draconic traits, but her biggest tool is petrification. She accomplishes this not through her gaze, but through her eggs. Clear, crystal things, if they make contact with anything organic they turn them to a diamond-like crystal that retains some of the color and patterning of the original flesh.

Due to this she has become known as the Glass Cockatrice.

Normally, a cockatrice petrifies their victims through eye contact, but with her, meeting her glowing gaze can result in paralysis, but most of the time, it implants a compulsion to please her deep in the victim's subconscious. Their eyes take on a red tone of their own as well as a glow. This compulsion remains even when turned to glass.

Though, all who are petrified are not immobile. Should she choose, Tricia may return animation to her victims. As such, they are mobile golems who retain their original minds, but with the continued impulse to please their mistress in any way she sees fit.

For those particularly strong willed enough to resist that compulsion, she will often play games with them. Unfair challenges, impossible riddles, or other such tasks that sounds plausible will be used as bait to get the tenacious wizard, warrior, or stubborn peasant to play along. The prize? A return to flesh and a release from her service.
